Rahul Kumar Parihar is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Rahul has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. Currently, he is associated with PAR Technology as a Senior Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using a wide range of technologies such as AWS, Redis, SQS, .NET Framework, Postgres, DynamoDb, and SQL Server. Prior to joining PAR Technology, Rahul worked with Nirvana Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, where he was involved in the development of various software applications using .NET Core, Angular 2+, and SQL Server. During his tenure at Nirvana Solutions, Rahul implemented chunked based uploading and downloading, which reduced the time of uploading and downloading to approximately 50%. He also replaced basic authentication token with Bearer authentication token in an existing application and designed and developed a system that allowed users to create orders without authentication. Rahul's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at Nirvana Solutions, where he developed an application that automated the process of records, reducing the overall process of order by approximately one week. He also led and developed a project with a team member, which impacted major applications in a couple of weeks, 50% less than the actual estimate of the project. Rahul was also part of the performance team responsible for the design and development of a major application, which decreased the p99 response time for major endpoints by about 40%. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Kumaun University.
